This bright restaurant with wooden floors and pale wood tables and chairs is proving to be a hit. Baptiste and Laura are committed to mindful cuisine that draws on the riches of nature: a grain-based course of creamy spelt, butternut squash, spicy peanuts, lemongrass; a fish course of pollack, roast vegetables, fish bone and tomato jus, hazelnut butter, herbs with aniseed. Vegetables, herbs and spices are precisely balanced in the dishes, and occasionally a fiery touch is thrown in to awaken the taste buds right on cue. All the ingredients are local and used in their entirety.
