Today, the restaurant offers elegant cuisine, divided into two tasting menus, one more traditional and the other more adventurous, as well as an à la carte menu featuring creative dishes such as the “Senza spaghetto alle vongole” and well-executed dishes inspired by the Campania region.Chef Gallo reveals a sure hand and remarkable skill in making the most of entirely plant-based ingredients, from which he conjures up interesting flavours and textures. There is a wide selection of wines by the glass, while bottled wines can be chosen directly from the wine shop’s shelves. At the entrance, there is a bistro that is also open for lunch, offering simpler dishes in an informal setting.
