Between Morteau and La Chaux-de-Fonds, not far from the French-Swiss border, this restaurant welcomes diners to the heart of the Haut-Doubs mountains. In this family-run establishment, chef Hugues Droz practises the art of hospitality Franche-Comté style, as inherited from his father, who had learned it from his parents. On his new premises, he loves to ally terroir and innovation, promoting playful cuisine that "awakens the senses".
