Situated in the hotel of the same name in a typical mountain-style property, this elegant restaurant offers two welcoming dining rooms with open fireplaces and a profusion of wood, where friendly service adds to the warm atmosphere. Specialities served here include char, snails, an excellent selection of game, Sambuca mutton and local butter, as well as herbs and vegetables from the restaurant’s own kitchen garden. A special mention should be made of the bread, in particular the delicious “pane sflogliato” (literally, layered bread). All in all, full marks for the remarkable cuisine, which succeeds in showcasing the valley’s gastronomic gems and which will appeal to even the most demanding of palates!
