Building on classical foundations, the creative dishes are inspired and harmonious. They showcase produce from the region: Landes duck, Basque country trout, fish from the ports of Aquitaine. In an extension to the dining room, the wine cellar hewn out of the monolithic stone has a table for four that is in great demand in the evening.
