They pick up their vegetables in a van which runs on biogas obtained by composting their waste. The aim is to utilise every part of their produce, which is grown with respect for nature and the seasons. Only biodynamic and natural wines are on offer. Sustainability is at the heart of the ethos of Rotonde, which is constantly seeking to improve itself. This vision translates into creative, intriguing taste sensations which are sophisticated and full of surprises.
