Juicy red meat straight out of the wood-burning Josper oven is the signature of this hip joint done up in dark colours. The staff is both jovial and professional and it is a pleasure to watch the chefs in their open kitchen deploying their talent to craft spot-on food packed in flavour. Whether it is impeccably cooked hanger steak garnished with a bearnaise sauce and fresh fries or their take on French toast (to die for!), generosity defines the ethos of this establishment. It is of course heaven for meat lovers, but the menu also offers fish and lobster.
