Occupying an intimate small dining room on the first floor of the elegant Corinthia Palace Hotel, this restaurant is the fiefdom of chef Tyrone Mizzi who offers two tasting menus (“The villages journey” and “Plant Based”), as well as an à la carte priced according to the number of dishes ordered. The cuisine is inspired by local culture (not just gastronomic), taking guests on an extended journey through the island’s different villages with a note relating to the relevant village accompanying each dish. Despite having its roots firmly based in local tradition, the cuisine looks resolutely to the future.
