Beschreibung
This stately restaurant is the place to come to for a taste of Turkish history. Here, in the shadow of the Hagia Sophia, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings provided by the enclosed summer garden and covered winter garden. Dishes dating back to the time of the Ottoman sultans (the years are shown next to each dish on the menu) really bring tradition to life. Think specialities like Balli gemici Böregi, crispy fried filo pastry stuffed with seven Turkish cheeses and accompanied by juniper honey.
