Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Deauville, this restaurant with a sleek, modern frontage had the great idea of leaving part of the façade glass-fronted to enable passers-by to watch the chefs at work here. Inside, head chef Maximin Hellio, who has worked with Frédéric Anton and who then received a Michelin star in the family-run Voile d’Or in Sables-D’or-les-Pins in Brittany, champions the full bounty of Normandy, including fish and seafood. He showcases these ingredients in refined and creative dishes with honest and precise flavours, accompanied by interesting wine pairings which add an extra dimension. Very popular with locals.
