Chef Martín Rebaudino who, as part of his career path, travelled to Europe and had the good fortune to share a kitchen with legendary Spanish chefs such as Martín Berasategui, Juan Mari Arzak and Pedro Subijana, offers an extensive contemporary-style à la carte with French, Spanish and Argentinian influences that includes an appetising array of hot and cold starters, delicious risottos, and top-quality red meats. If you sit out on the terrace, you’ll almost feel as though you’re dining on a Parisian boulevard!
