Les Gourmands excels in the art of adding a contemporary spin to age-old recipes, whilst remaining faithful to textbook technique down to the tiniest details. The savvy and extensive wine list is the work of sommelier and owner Carlo Zecchin, whose insightful suggestions add the final flourish with pairings that exalt and add depth to each dish – to the delight of discerning connoisseurs.
