Inside, the stylish dining room sports herringbone parquet flooring and high ceilings. Chef Nicolas Lormeau has been thriving in this plush setting for some years now. His inventive recipes are a treasure trove of plays on texture and harmonious or surprising flavours (such as the multiple textures of marinated scallops with passion fruit and sweetcorn or the semolina milk with truffles from Lot, kiwi and yuzu-flavoured white chocolate ice cream).
