The Fond Ferdinand Nature Reserve, less frequented than the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve, occupies a ravine and is planted with palm trees, takamakas, cinnamon trees and other endemic species of the Seychelles such as coconut palms. Visit the nursery, where the seeds germinate. Then, climb the 683 steps to the top of the hill, from where the view of Baie Ste Anne and the surrounding islands is superb.
