The offering led by chef João Mourato is presented in two tasting menus (7 or 9 courses) or à la carte and celebrates traditional Alentejo flavours with a contemporary touch grounded in regional ingredients. The River crayfish à Bulhão Pato (garlic–cilantro dressing) served with low-temperature egg and cured pork belly, and the dessert Delírio de Vila de Frades (a convent-sweets homage with modern presentation), are among the dishes that deserve to be highlighted. To round off the experience, you may include a visit to the adega (winery), the cave (cellar), the art gallery… or a stroll through the vineyards!
