Having taught in a local culinary school for over 30 years, the owner-chef with solid skills opened her own restaurant to showcase authentic Tianjin flavours. Try her signature "flash-fry no. 1" – pork tripe, chicken meat and gizzard, jellyfish and coriander stems tossed over a high heat for an extravaganza of textures and umami. Her sautéed shredded potato with dried shrimps, and the stir-fried squid with baby bok choy are also excellent choices.
