This restaurant housed in the long-standing hotel Nautilus, right in the historical city centre, exudes a sophisticated bistro atmosphere that blends the charm of bygone eras with a touch of glamour. In summer, the terrace giving onto Žižkov Square is a real draw. Go à la carte menu or opt for a four- or six-course tasting menu; a four-course vegetarian variant is also available. There is an additional, wallet-friendly lunch menu. The chef's specialities include "Sturgeon & Umami", traditional kulajda mushroom soup and fillet steak Rossini.
