L'Auberge au Bœuf has been renamed Maison Héritage in a tribute to the generations that came before. With its church pews, wood-panelled walls and regional furniture, it has bags of old-world charm. The seasonal culinary repertoire brings together modern dishes and more traditional fare. There is also a Stammtisch (a table d'hôte serving regional cuisine), and four luxury guestroom-suites.
