With its sage-green walls, natural wooden furnishings and paintings of Tuscan landscapes, Mela Rossa brings a small slice of Italy to Radom. The chef spent 12 years in ‘Il Bel Paese’ and it shows in authentic dishes showcasing high-quality, well-sourced ingredients cooked with care. The homemade pasta is a highlight, with different shapes thoughtfully paired with the appropriate accompaniment – such as squid-ink trenette with prawns and a bisque-style sauce.
