This colourful, musical eatery in the heart of Quimper hatches modern, inventive bistronomic nosh, crafted by two seasoned chefs who’ve both knocked around a bit. The food reflects their experience and know-how: pink roast duck flanked by mashed, kernels and biscuits of corn, a few gooseberries and roquette leaves; confit of monkfish is paired with courgettes, chard and figs, while the decadent dessert stars fresh strawberries with raspberry sorbet and a roquette sponge cake.
