This neighbourhood restaurant perfectly reflects the spirit of chef Bastien Djait, who hails from Brittany. After a MICHELIN-star-studded run in Paris, he now channels his creativity into inspired dishes: green lentils with sweet onions; cod with cod's head and sea vegetables; poultry, corn and camelina. Respect for ingredients is a golden rule, and the chef only works with French produce – except for the coffee.
