Bewertung des Guide Michelin
The Park Hyatt’s small gastronomic jewel enjoys one of the most privileged positions in the city: it may be reached directly from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, or alternatively through the cocktail bar with its street entrance. The interiors, adorned with works of contemporary art, are complemented by elegant and precise service, creating the ideal context for the cuisine of young chef Guido Paternollo. The proposal is articulated across two tasting menus: “La mia città”, a personal homage to Milan, and a freer itinerary tied to seasonality and the inspiration of the moment. Both reveal a modern, intense, and well-calibrated cuisine, capable of exploring interesting pairings without ever losing balance, as in the wild garlic risotto with morels and sea snails, finished with a delicate smoked scamorza cream. The experience is completed by an outstanding wine service, guided by sommelier Lorenzo, who leads guests with expertise through a selection of around 700 labels, with particular attention also given to wines by the glass.
