On the coast road, this building clinging to the rocks commands a breathtaking view of the bay of Marseille and its islands and the château d’If. A bracing Mediterranean breeze has refreshed the menu: roast squid, chickpea, lemon and ginger seasoning; carpaccio of grouper, cream of pinenuts, grilled capers and coriander; translucent monkfish, a reduction of fishbones, roasted spring cauliflower with seaweed. Local and wild fish of the day, without forgetting the ubiquitous bouillabaisse, are served alfresco. A landmark since 1855!
