A relaxed yet bold restaurant that takes its name from the term ‘cuoco’, the Italian word for "cook"! Rafa and Andrés, the young Venezuelans at the helm, offer a short but varied à la carte and a suggestive tasting menu, which usually includes the most creative dishes (on Friday and Saturday nights they only work with this menu). Their proposal seeks to fuse cuisine from all over the world, with intense flavours and constant nods to both Latin American (especially Mexican) and Asian products, always playing a lot with spice.
