This warm and welcoming restaurant from the team behind Ynyshir underwent a refurbishment in mid-2026 and sports the same kind of dark, moody design as its older sibling, with a similar dedication to showcasing local artisans too. The kitchen is now presided over by the experienced Chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias, who welcomes just eight guests into the intimate space. He cooks and serves from two open kitchens, with guests moving from one to the other as the experience progresses, making for a distinctive and immersive experience.
