Exit L'inaTTendu, welcome Rousille! Romane Veyrac, previously sous-chef here, has taken over this intimate bistro, which has been given an attractive makeover in the process. This chef in her thirties gives the classics a clever twist. The menu comprises simple but not simplistic dishes: sea bass fillet "grenobloise", textures of cauliflower with a caper beurre noisette; pork tenderloin with aubergines in a chorizo crumb and thyme jus; lemon and sesame choux.
