It's off the Strip, housed in Chinatown's Center at Spring Mountain, but Partage, which means "to share" in French, offers something different from its neighbors. Founded by a trio of friends who moved from France to Las Vegas, this restaurant comprises a main dining room with a modern French menu and a bar with a tasting menu, as well as private dining and a wine club. The tasting menu may feature the likes of meaty, binchotan-grilled Australian shrimp with pickled and braised vegetables; seared sablefish; or a beef tenderloin "burger" complete with creamy cheddar sauce and beet ketchup.  The creative cuisine is complemented by a French-focused wine list curated by co-owner Nicholas Kalpokdjian.
