The restaurant name comes from Lucas, ‘bringer of light’ in Latin, out of the chef’s desire to make it a place of bright smiles. He delights in creating beautiful arrangements where every plate is a medley of elements. Aromas, textures, tastes modulate gracefully as the meal progresses. Amuse-bouche arranged like the sun seem to give physical form to light, presenting a rich variety of expressions.
