Her tasting menu is unique, telling the story of her and her husband Graham's life (he'll even tell the stories behind the dishes and curate the eclectic beverage pairing). It's a diverse array of globally influenced items, offering everything from starters like gougères with anchovy and parmesan to burrata with basil oil and tomato jam.
