This cosy bistro, aptly adorned in ‘duck’ knick-knacks, is the epitome of Parisian charm. Mallard (colvert) duck is naturally high on the menu, as are other breeds that are crafted in myriad ways, including pressed duck, a delicacy of upper-crust fine dining establishments and which requires pre-ordering. The tasting platter with smoked duck breast, pâté en croûte, foie gras and confit gizzards is also recommended.
