This former school has been transformed into a warm, urban restaurant, including a graffiti portrait of Don Corleone! You can see the chefs at work in the open kitchen, where they create Italian and Mediterranean dishes full of creativity and nuanced flavours. The generously portioned beef carpaccio is finely sliced, fresh and full of flavour; the sea bream is cooked to a beautifully succulent finish and complemented by aubergine, sesame and creamy coconut. With its broad selection of sharing plates and bites, as well as the option to order pasta in half portions, the restaurant allows diners to shape their meal exactly as they wish.
