An interior decked out in pale wood and decorated with old mountain objects is the authentic and inviting setting in which chef Benoît Redondo cooks up meticulous food and makes no bones about serving the famous Savoyard fondue alongside Périgord truffles. The welcome and service are extremely attentive. N.B. The restaurant is closed at lunchtime in good weather, to let skiers enjoy the snow on the resort's slopes.
