Guide Michelin
Moderne Küche
Bewertung des Guide Michelin
In the new La Pardieu business park, this contemporary restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere is run by Manh Ha Doan, who previously owned restaurant Le 62 in the centre of Clermont-Ferrand. In his partially open kitchen, the chef cooks up modern, seasonal French cuisine for diners to enjoy in a large, light-filled dining room. The beautifully presented dishes are fairly priced: pollock with a Champagne sauce and aniseed-glazed fennel; feather blade of Auvergne beef with a sauce inspired by Mexican mole and roasted chickpeas; poached pear, vanilla diplomate and pear-sage sorbet. A welcoming spot, complemented by a Vietnamese street food counter in the same building.
