Located within the Suites del Lago hotel (Lago Resort Menorca), where award-winning chef Julián Mármol conjures up exquisite Japanese-Menorcan cuisine, this restaurant is conceived around the notion of ‘fusion without confusion’, which is brought to life through à la carte service and, to ensure a more complete experience, a carefully curated tasting menu with three possible drinks pairings (Mediterranean wines, sparkling wines, or sake). We were impressed by the flavour, delicacy, and perfect balance of the black pork flan with Menorcan tom yum sauce and Osetra caviar. The terrace and views of the marina add to its appeal.
