This simple neighbourhood shop has been serving traditional Chengdu cooking since 2014. Signature items come in big portions enough for a few to share. Blanched pork belly dressed in garlic sauce strikes a fine balance between meaty and garlicky flavours. Spicy fried chicken cubes with chillies pack the typically Sichuanese numbing, fiery oomph. With only about 10 tables and 3 private rooms, reserve your table ahead of time or arrive early.
