Bewertung des Guide Michelin
Located to the north of the town and, in spite of the nondescript exterior, it surprises both for the ample terrace and for the name, because it reminds us of the ancient Roman roads of the Iberian Peninsula (there was one that passed through this town in Badajoz, on the way from Corduba to Emerita-Augusta). Inside, with a modern bar and a well-configured dining room, young chef Emilio José Nogales presents a traditional menu that seeks to extract the best flavours from the products of the area, sometimes enriched with more exotic garnishes (you can also choose from one of his tasting menus). Our recommendation is the tear peas with squid and blue hen egg from Extremadura, and the exquisite partridge cooked Alcantara style.
