Bewertung des Guide Michelin
Located a short hop from MALBA (Latin American Art Museum of Buenos Aires), in the exclusive neighbourhood of Parque or Palermo Chico, this spot has a lot of history behind it, as it brings the iconic building known as La Casa Redonda (an eccentric art nouveau-style mansion built in 1922 by the Milanese architect Mario Palanti) back to the hotel industry. In its elegant interior, aesthetically inspired by Dante Alighieri's The Divine Comedy, you can discover the cuisine of award-winning chef Juan Ventureyra (head of the Mendoza restaurant Riccitelli Bistró, awarded a MICHELIN star), who supervises everything the resident chef (Federico Astorgano) does. The offering, based exclusively around an à la carte service, is contemporary cuisine mainly based on the best Argentinean products, with the occasional Italian detail. They also offer breakfasts, dinners and afternoon snacks!
