The restaurant takes its name from its owner, a gifted young chef in his early thirties who, after honing his craft in several starred kitchens, chose to create his own culinary space here. The setting is modern and carefully appointed, divided into two dining rooms; the most desirable seats are the three tables directly overlooking the kitchen, with a wood fire glowing in the hearth behind. The cuisine looks firmly to the contemporary with a confident hand, and among the most representative dishes are the cappelletti with bitter herbs, cardoncelli mushrooms, acidulated butter and almond, an example of balance and aromatic depth.
