In her small restaurant that sports a smart, uncluttered interior, young Moldavian-born chef, Oxana Cretu, gives free rein to her culinary imagination in a surprise menu. This perfectionist concocts colourful dishes packed in aromas: langoustine, kumquat, lavender and saffron; Landes duckling, sakura and sweet chestnuts. The bergamot meringue, mandarin sorbet, orange blossom mousse and kalamansi coulis extravaganza adds a refreshing note to the end of the meal.
