Cinque Foglie explores the roots of fine dining through the concept of “the evolution of ingredients”. Chef Roberto Allocca creates dishes that are regionally inspired, combing traditional flavours with an innovative touch. The ingredients, some of which come from the chef’s family farm in Piana del Sele, are showcased on three tasting menus, while the wine cellar is home to more than 1 000 labels, including some rare vintages.
