Award-winning chef Georgianna Hiliadaki, who gained two Michelin Stars for her restaurant Funky Gourmet, has returned to the Greek capital to showcase her latest culinary venture alongside her two partners. This restaurant, located in the Kolonaki district near Mount Lycabettus (the highest point in Athens), boasts an elegant, contemporary interior bathed in natural light, plus an outdoor terrace. Here, the chef conjures up a concise menu based around fish and seafood from the Greek coast, featuring dishes such as oysters with a tasty jalapeño sauce, and the mouthwatering grilled octopus served with a fresh herb chimichurri, both of which are impeccably prepared and teeming with aromatic flavours.
