In this bright restaurant, which stands out for its huge windows overlooking the Paseo Marítimo and the mouth of the estuary, the menu is built around magnificent Galician ingredients, with an emphasis on traditional flavours and à la carte dishes. The dish we liked best was the sea bass seasoned with citrus and herbs, although one of their rice dishes or famous fish stews go down a treat as well.
