Kindly note that : - Reception opening hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Room rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen with one large and one small towel, household linen such as a kitchen towel and bath mat, a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen area and dishes, basic WiFi access, TV, and all taxes and fees except the local tourist tax. - Guests also benefit from access to the residence’s wellness facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, saunas, hammams, hot tubs and a fitness room. Access to certain facilities depends on the building in which the apartment is located. Guests staying in the Prince des Cîmes or Hameau du Glacier buildings have access to the indoor swimming pool, while those staying in the Manoir Savoie or Chalet des Lys buildings have access to an outdoor swimming pool with a view of Mont Blanc. Guests staying in other buildings have access to outdoor swimming pools without mountain views. Some additional facilities such as indoor pools, saunas, steam rooms or fitness rooms may also be available in certain buildings at an extra cost. - After booking, guests may request a specific location for their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Preferences are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. - Please note that invoices will be issued under the name provided on the reservation and that any modification may incur additional fees. Only credit cards are accepted as a method of payment. - If you are arriving by train, a free funicular operates daily from 07:30 to 21:00 and until 23:00 on Thursdays, connecting Bourg Saint Maurice to Arc 1600, where free shuttle services are available to reach the different areas of Les Arcs resort. - Pets are allowed for an additional charge of EUR 15 per night, EUR 100 per week, or EUR 200 for stays of 14 nights or more. - Please note that the balconies of the residence are currently closed for security reasons until further notice. - In July and August, Pierre and Vacances offers activities to enhance your stay in the mountains. Guests benefit from one Portes du Soleil Multi Pass per person, giving access to a wide range of activities across the resort, including pedestrian lifts, swimming pools, sports facilities, cultural sites and leisure activities. The Multi Pass is offered for stays of at least 7 nights, is provided upon arrival, and the number of passes corresponds to the number of guests on the reservation. Activities are organised by independent partners and may therefore be subject to change. - At Arc 1950, guests can also enjoy the Yeti Camp, a 300 m² space dedicated to children aged 3 to 11, located in the heart of the village. The residence also features relaxation facilities such as hot tubs with soothing water jets. - During July and August, an Outdoor Pass is offered per person from 3 years old for stays of at least 5 nights, providing access to a selection of activities such as wellness sessions, outdoor discovery activities, precision sports and family challenges. This is complemented by free-access leisure facilities within the village, including trampolines, climbing walls, table tennis, pétanque courts and inflatable games for younger children. Passes are provided upon arrival, activities require prior registration via a digital platform and remain subject to availability, and as they are organised by independent partners, they may be subject to change. - Guests can also enjoy nearby hiking and walking trails, as well as ski touring opportunities within the resort.
